    Tell us the situation

    Tell us a bit about your situation, what you need support with and include photographs of the home.

    We review your request

    We’ll review your request and our volunteers will assess whether the situation is a good fit for the service we provide.

    We get in touch

    If we’re able to help, we’ll contact you to learn more about the situation, discuss expectations, and arrange a suitable time for our team to work together to provide a one-off clean.

    A fresh start

    The aim of a reset clean is to help someone regain control of their environment and take the next steps forward.

While we can’t provide ongoing cleaning services, we hope the reset makes maintaining the home feel more achievable.
