About Reset Cleans Wellington

Reset Cleans Wellington is a self-funded community initiative providing free, one-off, non-judgmental reset cleaning services for people in the Wellington and Kāpiti regions who are struggling to maintain their living spaces due to mental health challenges.

We understand that keeping a home clean and organised can become incredibly difficult during periods of depression, anxiety, burnout, emotional distress, or when mental health challenges impact daily functioning. We also recognise that neurodivergence can sometimes compound these challenges, creating barriers that can feel impossible to overcome alone.

Our mission is simple — we want to provide a fresh start.

Reset Cleans Wellington is powered by a dedicated team of more than 50 volunteers. Together, we donate our time, energy and cleaning supplies to help individuals and families regain a sense of dignity and control in their homes.
